ALTERATIONS

A seamstress takes the garment and sews it inside out.

To make true alterations seamstresses know what they’re about.

Our Father prepared our garments. He created them sparkling new.

Only a spotless garment is made to measure for you.

God made Eve a special garment to cover her from her shame.

God knew she needed a blood covering because she recognized sin’s pain.

God has a new garment for you. His blood freshly laundered it.

There are no spots or wrinkles. It is prepared for you and it fits.

There’s a garment of praise for your heaviness, a robe of righteousness to wear.

A soothing garment for healing and His protecting oil for your hair.

God has plenty of raiment to offer. He has priestly garments to claim.

Whichever garments He offers, rejoice and receive each gift in His Name

DEAR LORD, Thank you for the privilege of being fitted for a garment created by Your hands and made to measure for me. Lord, help me to submit to the alterations I need in my life to equip me for Godly garment wearing. Lord, sometimes You might want me to change my garment. Make me willing to be willing. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN
