GOD MET ME
God met my life when He made me.
He created my body and soul.
He met my life when He gave me
Salvation to make me whole.
God meets my life through each problem,
Each transition, each change and each dream.
He offers my mind peace in heartaches
Whispering, “Peace may not come as it seems.”
God gave me Peace in His Presence.
He nurtures my life with His Care.
“Remember my child, He answers,
“I can be reached by a whispered prayer.”
So God met my life as He promised.
He walked through each valley of pain
Circumstances were not my first choices
But He loves me and He calls me by name.

JOURNAL JOTTINGS: God comes where there is space for Him. Do you need to enlarge your capacity for God? Journal the results of making more time and space for Him. Perhaps you need to make an appointment for Him. Try early morning. His Presence will then linger with you all day.
DEAR LORD, Forgive me for the times when I crowd You out of my life. Help me to
stay so closely connected with You that You saturate my thinking and decision
making.
Thank you Lord, for the excitement of anticipating Your next move in my life.
