God’s Word has powerful meaning, if a Pilgrim desires to pursue.

God’s Word places us on the anvil, refining the tried and the true.

God’s Words are intended to stretch us, to penetrate to the very core.

The Word of God becomes pressing until we learn to obey Him more.

Life clouds of uncertainty billow, darkness might hide the Son

Until the Holy Spirit beckons and we with the Word become one.

Press into the Word, dear Pilgrim. It will heal your tattered breast.

Press into His Words for Comfort. His Words offer personalized rest.

JOURNAL JOTTINGS: Words can break or make a man. Journal a time when someone’s words caused devastation. Journal the comfort you found from GOD’S WORDS. Read Psalm 19:14. Bask in the blessings of the Word of God today.

How is your memorization coming?

DEAR LORD, Thank You for the treasure of the Bible. Thank you for the privileged access we have to this anointed volume. Help us to use our intelligence and our hearts as we read the WORD.  May we never take the value of Your Word for granted.

Help us to hide Your WORD in our hearts that we might not sin against You.
