END OF MYSELF
When I come to the end of my promises.
When I vow the last vow I will say,
All resolutions planned encountered discord
Until Jesus Christ will finally have His full sway.
Human strength will attempt to be working
Like Peter, we break vows that we undertake.
We are being changed by the Power of the Spirit
He’s the battery that empowers the promises we make.
Help us come to the end of our struggles.
May the Holy Spirit lovingly flow as we go.
When the Holy Spirit completely invades us
Each step with Godly obedience will show.
