SLOW LEARNER
As a was incomplete in his obedience. Am I Lord?
Lord forgive my slovenly habits of ignoring what You’re showing me.
I now offer total allegiance as I bow on my teachable knee.
Lord, forgive my lazy attitude when holiness walks in the door.
Sometimes I daydream out of focus when I should be listening more.
Lord, sharpen all daily responses. Help me recognize and obey Your Voice.
I want to be a stable student. Slow learners vacillate about choice.

JOURNAL JOTTINGS: Is God trying to get your attention about something that seems currently insignificant.? Might it be the birthing of an enlarged horizon or new ministry opportunity? Are you too lazy to make the effort to follow through? God is a God of details. Check persistent yet insignificant details regularly. You might be missing a Divine Appointment. Journal your journey into holiness. KEEP ALERT.
DEAR LORD, Thank you for teaching me to be consistent and alert to life’s details.
Help me to regularly take the time to search my heart. Help me to be patient with myself.
Thank you for understanding my heart cry even when I miss your signals to me. Thank you for the privileges of serving You in the high places and the low places of life.
In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.
