FOOLISH QUESTIONS
Lord, forgive the foolish questions that erupt within my heart.
I forgot who wins the struggles when procrastination starts.
Lord, I have such silly questions that weaken my weary heart.
Forgive me for my timidity that stifles ministry before it starts.
You always walk beside me. I know exactly who You are.
Yet I brew these human questions while lonely thoughts are far.
You are guiding me at this moment. There is never a wait in line.
You are offering all Your Resources. Your answers are Divine.
The worldly opinions of others have no place or reason to be
I surrender all my questions as once more I bow my knee.
Lord, I have walked a long time with You. Your Patience remains the same.
I’m just beginning to know You. I’m so thankful You called my name.
