NEVER ALONE
There’s a unique loneliness in leadership that only God can fill.
There’s a loneliness in leadership entwining your heart until it’s still.
There’s a loneliness in leadership that draws a Pilgrim to His God.
There’s a loneliness in leadership that strikes like a lightening rod.
If the grounded strike is timely, God ignites the leader to toil anew.
Restoring your original Calling, confirming God’s ordination of you.
The loneliness of leadership strengthens a soul dependant upon Him.
Alone with Divine focus, human loneliness purposely grows dim.
God’s coffers are never empty. He delights in refreshing human hearts.
Even with crowds around us, the glory of the Lord sets us apart.
God covets time alone with His leaders. He understands the press of the crowd.
Never underestimate life’s loneliness. God might be fashioning a larger shroud.
God’s shroud offers burial of ambition. God’s shroud offers renewal of goals.
Whatever His plan and His purpose, God has branded you with live coals.
Accept the coals of renewal. Receive the joy of the Lord.
The glory of God is upon you. Receive this Word from your Lord.

DEAR LORD, Thank You for the lonely times when You meet me in the pain of life and remind me that You will never leave me or forsake me. I am never really alone as I walk with You. Thank you Lord, for reminding me! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
