WHAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN?
“What might have been?” is the question that frequently haunts a heart.
“What might have been?” is unknown while remorse and regret tears apart.
The reminders of historical failures result in restless thinking to come.
Tools of the Father’s Blessings find healing forgiveness that overcomes.
The Father takes the present and the actual, filtering with His Divine love
“What might have been?” is no longer valid because of God’s Truth from above.
“What is”, will unlock new horizons. “What is” becomes a reality check.
Be careful with old “might have beens” God’s final chapter is not written yet.

JOURNAL JOTTINGS or Points to Ponder: Have you ever longed for a lost opportunity?
Do you cross- examined yourself as to why you did not make a decision that seemed right for you at the time? Sometimes God shuts doors. Sometimes we do. Regret is sad.
New opportunities are ahead. Journal what you have learned re coping with lost opportunities. How has that affected your personal decision making processes? How does it affect new horizons?
Dear Lord, Forgive me for the times when I let fear or the opinions of others stifle opportune moments. Keep me alert to new opportunities. Thank you for the lessons learned during the disappointments in life. Help me to forgive myself for my own timidity and lack of trust in You. Thank you for never giving up on me. Help me to remember that You are with me in the loneliness of decision making. Keep me alert to Your personal invitation to walk through uncharted waters. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
