SECRETS

Sometimes a life with Godly secrets has a beauty all it’s own.

A secret love, a possible dream, or a mission far from home.

Lord, reveal to me in that private time Your plans until they’re mine.

May whatever You whisper in secret find obedience well defined.

The privileges of the secret place hold an anointing all their own

The promises from the Word of God will build life’s cornerstones.

The secret place, the time apart, the whispers from God’s Word

Become timely strategy offering God’s Wisdom yet unheard.

PONDER-Unless we become quiet before Him, we well not hear His Voice. Where is your quiet, closet place with the Lord. It could be a chair, a park bench, a church, etc.

Wherever it is, make a habit of going there regularly. A lady regularly parked her car in a plaza parking lot and met God there. Wherever you go, He will lovingly find you and will be delighted with your regular meeting with Him. Journal the adventures you have in your “closet” with Jesus. Praise Him.

Dear Lord, Thank you for the quiet places where You meet me daily. Thank you for the refreshing I receive in Your Presence. Help me to fling wide the doors of my “closet” and serve you with obedience when I come out of my closet’s quiet place. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
