John 15:11- “That My joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.”

JOY
Joy can be full and fragrant, permeating the climate of the room.
Contagious to all we are meeting, even to any prophets of doom!
Joy is a fullness of blessing. Joy is to be shared as a gift.
Bubbling up from His Presence, Joy should give us all a lift.
Lift joy to God in the morning. Lift praises to Him all forenoon.
A soul that basks in His Presence anticipates that He’s coming soon.
Someone will notice that you are praising. Someone will pick up the pace.
Because there is enough joy for the journey His Presence will show on your face.

PONDER- Life circumstances have a reputation of becoming joy robbers. CHALLENGE-The next time you are in an elevator or waiting room, notice how one person’s attitude or comment affects the entire group. Joy is easily contagious. Try leaving the fragrance of joy everywhere you go. Work at it. Pray about it. Creativity is a joy filled experience. People are lonely, aloof and unresponsive. Fear grips hearts. Try sprinkling joy everywhere with a look, a smile or a comment. Make the work of someone serving you more pleasant. Journal the collection of smiles you help create. Watch for conversation openers and for personal witnessing opportunities. Few can resist a joy-filled heart. Be alert to those who walk across your path today. JESUS is using His joy through you wherever you go daily. If nothing else, try looking at people the way Jesus does.
Dear Lord, Go before me today, opening opportunities to spread Your Joy everywhere I go. May I make a difference in my sphere of living. Keep me alert and prepared to lead souls to You. When folk ask about the Source of my Joy, may I be ready to tell them about You. Make me a reputable ambassador for You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
