John 11:41- “Father, I thank Thee that Thou hast heard Me.”

Remember to read “My Utmost for His Highest” for Today

COMMON SENSE

I am proud of my practical thinking enjoying the common sense that I use.

I’m aware of the work of the Father. But, I have intelligence down to my shoes.

My Father calls above my proud boasting,  “Saying child, I gave what you own.

My Son through the plan of redemption gave supernatural sense, enough to atone.

Don’t marvel at your inner sense that is common. Except to thank God for that too.

Supernatural sense is your target. Supernatural sense becomes God’s gift for you.

Bask in the supernatural with pleasure. Parade not personal common sense stuff.

Divine Intimacy with the Spirit  ensures Power from the throne room enough.”

PONDER- As a Christian, access to the Throne Room is a privilege until our thoughts become saturated by the Spirit. His thoughts become one with ours. Common sense then becomes His leading in our lives. Have you ever wakened in the morning with a solution to a life dilemma that never crossed your mind until then? THAT is the common sense of the Holy Spirit at work in your subconscious until the ideas and thoughts become clear.

Someone with a twinkle in her eye said, “The angels were singing to you all night”.

Unexplained, yet marvelous. The more saturated we are in the Word, the more we begin to think like God thinks. An eternal point of view simplifies life problems.

Journal the times when unique, common sense ideas came that you now realize were God’s thoughts and ideas for you and answers to prayers before they were uttered. He understands the longing of our hearts. Praise Him for it.

Dear Lord, Thank you for the intricacies of the human mind. Thank you for knowing me so intimately that You teach me while I sleep. Keep my mind and heart teachable. Help me to NEVER give credit to anyone but You for the leading and guiding You have in store for me. Keep me alert enough to recognize when You show me thoughts and plans and ideas.

In Jesus’ Name, I pray, Amen.
