BEES ARE FAT

Looking into Nanny’s bug catcher, ten-year old Ashlyn commented, “Look how fat that bumble bee is? He looks like a fluffy pom pom!”

Nanny hadn’t been brave enough to capture a live one! Nanny had been stung many years ago and decided that once was enough “ouchy” for a lifetime! Nanny respects bumblebees for more than one reason!

Did you know that God created bumblebees aerodynamically incorrect?

Their body mass is too heavy to be lifted or propelled by such tiny wings. The bee’s brain hasn’t analyzed it. Bees keep on flying. In fact, they fly so well everyone respectfully moves out of the way while warning others to flee. What a powerful reputation!

Hebrews 12:1-Let us lay aside every weight….and “fly” with perseverance…

What “weights” do we carry today that seem impossible? Don’t try to analyze it. JUST KEEP FLYING. You do your part. Let God do His. His promises and power will “fly” you through.
