GIFTS OF GOD

I’m having a spiritual experience. It’ll make a great story to tell.

God says, “Child, hold on here. Share the Gospel as clear as a bell.”

I’m simply expressing an attitude. But God says, “Child, listen well.

The reason I chose to gift you in history is because you have My message to tell”

I’m finally seeing a miracle. God says, “Now, you understand.

Your experiences in living hold lessons now filtered by My nail scarred hand.

I know you have many life experiences. I know you are willing to serve.

But when you surrender your giftings, you’ll express only what I want preserved.”

JOURNAL JOTTINGS: Experience is a good teacher. Journal the difference the experience of redemption has made in your life and life choices.  Redemption has a Source. Redemption is only as valuable as the Source. Journal your methods of enriching your resources in your Source. The freedom of a gift, does not minimize the value of the Gift.

Journal the path of realizing the value of the Gift of the GOSPEL as you have experienced and preserved it.

DEAR LORD; Thank you for the Gift of God, which is my eternal life.  Help me to realize every day what a privilege it is to walk with You and to continually be receiving blessing gifts from You. Help me to not be so involved with my experiences, gifts and blessings that I forget that YOU are my SOURCE. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.
