Remember to read My Utmost for His Highest for Today

REALITY

If I ever do any preaching

If I ever carry the Gospel around

Help me to cling to the reality

Of Redemption and how it is found.

The Gospel is plain and simple

The Holy Spirit will open folk’s eyes

All we need to do is proclaim it

Truth needs no fancy disguise.

FAITH is the promise of Redemption.

MERCY is the picture of His love

GRACE is admitting our unworthiness

SALVATION includes all of the above.

Thank You Lord for Redemption.

Thank You for the truth of Your Grace

Thank You that because of Your Mercy

Someday I will look on Your Face.

Journal a time when a sermon, CD, tape or book confused you spiritually. Ministry focused on seeker appeal needs to guard against deviation from the CLEAR GOSPEL MESSAGE. BEWARE!

DEAR LORD, Your Holy Spirit is the power behind the message of the cross. Keep us focused Lord.

Help us not to become so concerned about marketing the message that we loose Your Message.

Lord, give us reality checks everyday as we serve You. In Jesus’ Name. AMEN.
