Ephesians 5:14, “ARISE FROM THE DEAD”

Remember to read “My Utmost for His Highest” for Today

DEAD POWER

When God says, “Arise and be doing”

Lethargy and laziness find defeat.

Death to all personal ambitions

Creates an atmosphere for anointed feats.

When God says, “Arise and be doing”

His power stimulates the heart

Just like a spark plug surging

The Holy Spirit finds a place to start.

Obedience unto death offers freedom.

Resurrection takes place after death.

What miracle is the Father resurrecting

That disobedience was choking to death?

“Arise from the dead,” weary Pilgrim.

Shake off the shrouds of despair

The Father who orchestrates resurrections

Has your anointed assignment prepared!

JOURNAL JOTTINGS: Until Peter launched into the water, he didn’t realize the power God had given him. What power does God want to give you? Will your plunging in with faith cause this it to happen? Resurrections are marvelous events. List the things God has resurrected in your life. Journal the results of Godly resurrections of other folk.

DEAR JESUS, thank you for dying and rising again the third day. Thank you for the power of the resurrection. Keep me alert to things that you want to resurrect in my life that will help me serve you better. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN
