USEFULNESS Vs VALUE

Lord, I desire to be so useful that I accomplish great things for YOU.

God says, “Child, forget it. I want YOU, not the work you do.”

Lord, I want to be so creative that new ideas simply grow.

God says, “Child just wait a moment, from where does creativity flow?”

Lord, I want to be so contented whether here or far, far away

God says, “Child, It’s you I treasure, not where you spend your day.”

So rest well, weary Pilgrim, from all that you think you must pursue.

God says, “Child of Mine, you’ve chosen well, I treasure solitude with you.
