Psalm 46:10- “Be still and know.”
Remember to read “My Utmost for His Highest” for Today
HOPES ON HOLD
I have dreams and hopes with planning that seem to be on hold.
I vacillate with tenacity wondering if I am too bold.
Lord, walk across my hurting, acknowledging disappointments that I name.
Reminding me that You are working as strength and patience I do claim.
When hopes are on the anvil. When dreams are shattered in the dust,
Help me never to become bitter. Tears rust while creating crust.
Disappointment in the process carries disillusionment all the way.
I obediently cling tenaciously as I surrender day by day.
I know You design Divine timelines. Faith is entwined in Your loving best.
But, please strengthen this weary Pilgrim while I wait in Your Presence at rest.

JOURNAL JOTTINGS: Why might God place what you thought was a Divine Plan on hold? Does God change His mind? Define tenacity. List any of these characteristics found in your personal spiritual journey. Try using more of them. Journal the results.
DEAR LORD, Thank you that tenacity is endurance with the absolute certainty that what I am looking for from YOU will transpire. Birth more tenacity in me, I pray.
When the things for which I am tenacious do not transpire immediately, help me to wisely spend the time in my personal purification, so that I will be ready when Your next orchestration comes my way. Thank you for the Divine Privilege of serving You. Help me to continue to be a conduit for You as I seek Your Anointing.
In Jesus’ Name, AMEN
