JOSHUA
Dedicated to little Joshua, four years old who went to be with Jesus recently.
When he was born, the prognosis was you MIGHT have him for a year.
Because of his parent’s superb, loving care, God gave them four memorable years.
May you find comfort in Joshua’s Story.
May we learn to love, to give and to trust like Joshua. May we link arms and care for others more because we have held, ever so briefly, a child like Joshua in our arms and in our hearts forever.
Jesus said, “Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”
Joshua left his family. He didn’t really want to go.
God called this little fellow and we all had to let him go.
Joshua lived a miracle. Living longer that the doctor’s thought.
Growing, smiling and loving because Mommy deeply loved her tot.
Cuddling, caring and feeding are finished for little Joshua now.
Mommy and Daddy and Donovan will carry on together somehow.
No more worried checking. No more lonely, sleepless nights.
Joshua has a new body and God wants you to know he’s all right.
Joshua is running and laughing. Joshua is seeing again.
Joshua is helping Jesus welcome little new comers in!
So cuddle close to each other. God wants to comfort you too.
Joshua is happier than ever and he sends his love to you.
Link arms like you did for Joshua. He was sent to teach folk to give.
Thank you from little Joshua. Now keep smiling like Joshua did.
