I Corinthians 2:4-“My speech and my preaching was not with enticing words.”

Please remember to read “My Utmost for His Highest” for Today

 LIFT

I lift You up, Lord Jesus so those folks around may see

That walking with the Savior is a pleasant place to be.

I lift You up, Lord Jesus without eloquence of words

Sharing Your Grace and Mercy until the simplest child has heard.

I lift You up, Lord Jesus. Help me to hide behind the cross.

So that souls entangled in bondage learn forgiveness is not loss.

I lift You up, Lord Jesus until the magnet of Your Love

Ignites creativity in others because they chose to look above.

I lift You up, Lord Jesus. Forgive my attempts at eloquence.

Keep me focused on Your hallowed Anointing with consent.

I lift You up, Lord Jesus. I worship and praise Your Name.

I offer my success or failures and any claim to worldly fame.

I lift You up, Lord Jesus. I am privileged to be Your Child.

Anoint me with Your Power keeping my spirit meek and mild.

I lift You up, Lord Jesus. May You be seen through me.

May every thought and action be offered on bent knee.

Walk through my life, Dear Father with Your Holy Spirit’s Power

May I be of value in Your Kingdom. Help me today, this hour.

I lift You up, Lord Jesus. I have heard and answered Your Call.

Thank You for the privilege of service and using me after all!

PONDER- What is the most important ingredient in drawing folk to Christ? Examine  methods  used to tell people about Jesus. Could enticing words caused distractions? What is the key to lifting up the name of Jesus?

Dear Lord,  Thank you Lord, for the privileges of serving You. May I always be a conduit of Your Presence, Your Peace and Your Power. In Jesus’ Name. AMEN.
