HIM IN VIEW

May every thought and action that comes across my heart today

Be saturated with Jesus until I choose to walk His Way.

May every word and utterance be sprinkled with His love

Causing the blessed Savior to be seen with joy above.

May every fiber praise Him. May every tongue express

The truth that Jesus’ Presence offers a place of peaceful rest.

May every prayer be praising, may every song bring joy

Until all those singing His Praises will His love enjoy.

May every thought and action, may every deed that’s done

Give glory, praise and honor to the Father through His Son.

PONDER-Committing does not calculate. Committing does not speculate. Committing does not fear. Committing acknowledges the power of the One to whom something is committed. On a scale of one to ten, list the things you need to commit to God in order of importance. Now begin to praise and thank Him for the answers. Singing lightens the load and relaxes the concerned heart. Journal the direct results of committing and praising. Praise works. There is enough joy for the journey.

Dear Lord, Thank you for the privileges of prayer and praise. Thank you that nothing comes across my path that I need to carry alone. Help me to make commitment a way of life. Help me to portray the joy that you create as I continue to commit my life and my concerns to you. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
