GRIP- THE ANOINTING

The grip of the hand of the Father is a grip full of blessing and praise.

The grip of the hand of the Father offers embossed fingerprints of His Ways.

The path that He leads is before me. That path is not what I would choose.

But the grip of the Master is on me. In His grip, I will never loose.

So hold me close, loving Father. Your grip permeates my soul.

A privilege of knowing Your Presence is a grip that surrenders control.

I want to obey your biding. I desire to walk in Your Ways.

In the grip of a loving Father, I’m marked with joy all my days.

Your grip is my Call with Your anointing. Your grip is my personal choice.

Help me obey your bidding. May I always respond to Your Voice.

Journal or Ponder- Have you ever felt God’s Touch or Presence in a special way? Journal the experience. What is embossing? How has God embossed your life? How might others see God’s fingerprints on your life? How does God speak to you? What part does availability have in this equation?

Dear Lord, Thank you for the knowledge that Your hand is on my life. Help me to be constantly aware of Your Presence, Your Power and the Privileges I have in You.
