SACREMENT of HIS MESSAGE

If I want to be a preacher,

If I want to reach lost souls

I need to be broken hearted

And drop any ulterior goals.

If I want to be a preacher,

I’ll need direction from Him.

While obeying His Holy Spirit

Lost souls will definitely come in.

If I want to be a preacher,

I need to stay out of God’s Way.

Freeing my God to use me

As an obedient conduit, I pray.

POINTS TO PONDER or JOURNAL: What is your Calling? Is everyone who loves the Lord called to be a preacher? Do you know your Giftings? List them. Circle the one that is the most valuable to the Lord. Circle the one that brings you the most joy.

Do you have giftings that you have never used? Why? Perhaps this day is your window of opportunity for the Lord. Praise Him and launch out into the deep. Let the Lord stretch you out of your comfort zone and journal the results.

DEAR LORD, IF I do not know my Giftings, please reveal them to me. Help me to be a wise caretaker of the God given Giftings You have placed within me. Give me creative ways to use my Giftings for Your Honor. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.
