DISMAY

Suffering dismay causes deep loss of courage.

To be dismayed is a lonely, dreadful road.

Sometimes discouraged, weary Pilgrims

Encounter shattering events that corrode.

To be daunted is to struggle for survival.

To be dismal is to be haunted, yet coast.

Life events are no surprise to the Father

In your misery is no position to boast.

God says, “Child, I understand all about failure.

I saw how you could have avoided each.

You made some choices and unwise decisions.

Now stop wallowing and learn while I teach.

I create miracles from folk’s insecure shambles.

I am in the restoration business, you’ll see.

Bring each shattered broken piece to Jesus

Dilemmas become creative beginnings for me.

If you offer Me your old tattered garments

Releasing all preconceived agendas and plans.

Failure will not be final, weary Pilgrim.

Your prospective will enlarge in My Hands.

Release every facet of this disaster.

I’ve create beauty from ashes with worse.

As you pray for forgiveness, dear Pilgrim.

Walk on with joyful freedom from sin’s curse.

You are My  Treasure, a vessel of Honor.

A welcomed Child who is a pleasure to Me.

You are anointed to walk in My Fullness

It was for YOUR healing, I died on that tree!
