I Corinthians 3:3-“Is among you jealousy and strife, are ye not carnal?”

GOD’S SEARCHLIGHT

Is God’s beam of truth ever focused

On some resentment in your life?

Is God’s Searchlight revealing jealousy

Or whatever causes your strife?

Do you explain, excuse or vindicate?

Or do you admit, confess and change?

Whichever way it happens

God has forgiveness prearranged.

God’s Searchlight of love is on you.

He cares and seeks to refine.

He says, “My Child, submit to me

Until all hurts and concerns are mine.”

Be thankful for God’s Searchlight.

Be grateful for the stuff exposed.

The Holy Spirit is working

Strengthening as forgiveness flows.

Welcome God’s Searchlight that examines.

Welcome the changes God makes.

Godliness is exposure with transparency

Transparency cleanses for Jesus’ sake.

Let Jesus mold and recreate you

Like the Potter with flexible clay.

Welcome God’s Searchlight with Wisdom

Creating your Heavenly Father’s most fulfilling day!

POINTS TO PONDER or JOURNAL- Did you ever think that your obedience and holiness gives God a great day? What else might give God a good day? What makes your day worthwhile? List the components of a good day for God and a good day for you. Compare.  Purpose in your heart to do something special for God every day. Enjoy Him.
