MORE THAN A CONQUEROR

I can be more than a conqueror in the midst of all that goes wrong.

I can be more than victorious because I know to Whom I belong.

I can be more than a conqueror, more than a survivor at best.

Because of God’s Infinite Presence, in Him I can find peaceful rest.

Rest to refresh for life’s journey. Joy revealed with peace every day.

Godliness grows on my pathway, if Christ is my Guide and my stay.

The battle is His and it’s conquered. We know Whom the last battle wins.

God, Who designs all life’s progress, is the Conqueror and He is my Friend!

POINTS TO PONDER or JOURNAL

Wedges are used as door stops, elevating shoes, stopping drafts, etc. In some ways wedges are useful and in some ways they are a nuisance. What wedges might be in your life separating you from Him? How might you change or remove that wedge until it becomes a thing of purpose? Try it. God might have a creative lesson for you here. Praise Him for the blockage and journal the lessons learned in freedom.

Dear Lord, Thank you for everything that you bring into my life. Thank You for the fact that You are the Conqueror and I can be more that a conqueror with You on my side. Help me to obey Your Voice and Your leading if an obstacle stops my journey. Thank you for the privileges of being a Conqueror with You. Teach me thy Ways, oh Lord. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
