FIRST and FOREMOST
What to you is most precious? What is most important to you?
Is it your friends and your loved ones or is it some activity you prefer to do?
What are your most important discussions? Which relationship concerns you the most?
What in the light of eternity are the issues to which to God you would boast?
Dear Pilgrim, walking life’s pathway, God wants to add blessings to you.
Seeking Him first and His Kingdom should be your primary point of view.
First and foremost is Salvation. Next is bringing others to God.
Then comes God’s Word with His teaching which might be a chastening rod.
If you seek God first and foremost, if you seek to heed God’s Voice
Then all of life’s complex facets will be blessed with an abundance of choice.
If your choice is to seek first His Kingdom, if you daily prioritize
Then God’s blessings will be added to you, along with His sacred surprise!

JOUNAL JOTTINGS or Points to Ponder –If the things of God come first in life, when do the mundane become accomplished? Could it be that when the things of God are prioritized, the rest of life is streamlined also? Journal a time in your life when you prioritized the things of God and you were blessed for your decision. Priorities are a choice.
Dear Lord, Thank you for understanding the details of life. Help me to choose wisely when my time is torn between the things of God and daily necessities. Help me always discipline myself to be a good steward of my time and my God given abilities. Help me to seek Your Presence at the beginning of every day. In Jesus’ Name. AMEN.
