Memories of a Mother’s Day’s warmth

Blesses each loved one with prayer.

 May is such a changeable month.

It is cool, then warms by degrees.

Some of our loved ones are too far away

To feel Mother’s warmth with a squeeze!

 May is such a promising month.

A Mother’s heart yearns for more.

“Lord, bless my children wherever they are.”

Forgiveness gently opens locked doors.

 May is such a beautiful month.

Love reminisces with tears for a while.

Committing once more each child to God’s Care

Love blooms through a Mother’s brave smile.

 So keep on praying if dormant frost comes.

Keep on praying until warmth breaks through.

Whatever was planted a long time ago.

By God’s Grace will become blossoms for you.
