Matthew 5:3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for they shall see God.”
POOR- having little or no means of support, humble, needy, impoverished
Matthew 5:5 “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”
MEEK-patient, mild, not inclined to anger or resentment.
MEEKNESS IS STRONG
Meekness is strong if to Him you belong.
Meekness was displayed from the Cross.
Meekness is punishment washed away
Because of Christ’s love, Satan lost.
Meekness is strength of purpose for life.
Meekness is obedience at its best.
Meekness is an inheritance promised to those
Whose forgiveness undeserved, welcomes rest.
Blessed with His rest, His joy and His Peace.
Blessings will perpetually unfold.
All that He promised to those who are His
Comes to the meek who God strengthens as gold.
