OCTOBER 15- 1 John 2:2-“He is the propitiation for our sins”
Propitiation means “my substitute”. Jesus substituted, taking my sin.
Jesus designed my full penalty pardon, by dying alone my soul to win.
Is the fact that recognizing redemption accepts His sacrificial role.
Nothing can prevent my deliverance. Because of His blood shed for me.
My past is now totally forgotten. I can freely call on His Name.
The past is not up for discussion. So the Gospel will never grow dim.
If I share the Gospel clearly, it is the best news they’ve ever heard.

JOURNAL JOTTINGS: Have you ever had someone take the glory for something you did?
Journal your emotions. Has someone take the blame for something you knew you did wrong?
Journal the feelings of relief you felt. What would motivate a person to take your blame?
Journal your opinion.
DEAR LORD, Thank you for taking the blame for my sins by dying on the cross for me.
Sometimes, it is difficult for me to fathom that kind of love. Substitution is the supreme gift you could have given me.
I accept and thank you, Lord for your gift of propitiation to me. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN
