Matthew 5:9- “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the Children of God”
PEACE- Freedom from war, strife or public disturbance, undisturbed state of mind.
PEACE is a PLACE
Peace was a place I longed for, sheltered in the arms of the Lord.
Peace was bought and paid for, but with a price I could not afford.
I worked very hard to gain heaven. I strove every day to do well.
Generously giving to others but learned good works would not keep me from hell.
Jesus was the Only one who could save me. Jesus died to redeem my soul.
If I invited Him to forgive me, then His Salvation would make me whole.
Timidly I asked Him to forgive me and to wash all my sins away.
He did exactly what He’d promised. Peace flooded in that very day.
I thanked Him for dying to save me. I thanked Him for cleansing my soul.
I thanked Him for His love unending and I began to follow His new goals.
Peace is still freely offered. Peace is not cheap, there’s a price.
Peace was paid for on Calvary our choice is to accept His New Life.
Now I seek Peace and pursue it. All day long I can sing joy filled songs.
The place of Peace is with Jesus. Why don’t you too come along?
Peacemakers walk in peace with Jesus. Their goals are His every day.
Come to my Jesus, dear Pilgrim, He is The Truth, The Life and The Way .
