A CONDUIT

May I be a conduit for Jesus? May my life in obedience be?

Ever ready to serve Him, no matter  the place of humility.

It is not about people and places. It is not about fortune or fame.

It is only what He pours through me that creates any value to claim.

It is not about success or failure. It is not about poverty or wealth.

But only the amount of His Presence is the criteria of spiritual health.

I want to be healthy for Jesus, obliterating all personal sham.

As a conduit of Jesus, I will teach about the blood of the Lamb.

The Lamb was the sacrifice offered. The Lamb offers cleansing from sin.

If I’m to be a conduit for Jesus, obedience is where He’ll begin.

May I be a  conduit for Jesus? May my life count for  eternity?

Then God’s Rivers of Living Water will constantly flow through me.

PONDER or JOURNAL-A conduit is a channel, pipe or aqueduct for carrying fluids or electrical wires. The versatility and availability of the conduit is subject to the engineering plans for the project. WOW. If I am a conduit for Jesus, do I fit into His engineering plans for ministry, for a project, for a lifetime. The usefulness of the conduit is subject to the needs of the project. The conduit does not decide on its path, its course or its duration of usefulness. The conduit becomes only as valuable as its contents. What is the most valuable aspect of my life?

DEAR LORD, Thank You  for the privilege of being a conduit for You. I ask that You pour into my life, my heart and my mind until people in my sphere of living are influenced and encouraged to walk with You too.  Holy Spirit, I invite You to flow through me. Thank You for choosing me. In Jesus’  Name, Amen.
