SIBLINGS’ FORGIVENESS

Sometimes wayward children become targets for a frustrated, unforgiving sibling. Siblings try to protectively spare parental pain. Confusion or embarrassment motivates. Fearful that their own impressionable child will  become influenced causes them to withdraw from relationship. Judgments and decisions are made from a protective point of view. Once again Satan tries to win. God help us to commit all  fear to the Lord and walk daily like Jesus would. May we be a trophy before all generations as honoring to the Lord.

WHAT WOULD JESUS DO?

Jesus walks beside each sinner. He knows their home address.

He knows their style of living and He knows who is oppressed.

Jesus walks across their sinning and He gently calls their name.

He’ll do the same with your family. To Jesus, all sin is the same.

So whether a simple sinner or living a complex social sin

The enormous love of Jesus can take each sinner in.

Forgive me, Lord for the problems we create for You each day.

When we categorize a sinner that doesn’t live acceptably, our way.

We all are filthy sinners. We often stray afar

Lord help me love a sinner until they come to where You are.

I don’t need to ostracize them. Satan rejoices when I’m afraid.

If a loved one is in confusion, help them know their debt is paid.

All sinners choose to be sinners. All forgivers choose to forgive.

Help me remember I too am forgiven and could be living where they live!
