TWO STEP

Little Ezri and her Mommy were working endlessly tidying up the toy room. Ezri picked up a toy and Mommy picked up a toy. Soon they had a rhythm going back and forth, back and forth. Soon Ezri said, “Guess what Mommy? We’re doing a TWO-STEP together.

 They began to sing along.

Ezri’s sister Sydney heard the music and came into the room. I want to join in, she said.

One of the girls said, “Great, now we have a THREE-STEP”, as they finished the work.

Are you in step with Jesus? Or are you trying to “go it” all alone?

What is your latest ministry project? Are you singing as you go? Do other people hear the singing and want to dance along with you?

OR HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN HOW TO SING?

Maybe you have some unfinished projects because you’ve lost your reason to dance?

Mommy Dorothy might represent God the Father- the Creator of the project!

Ezri represents God the Son –the One who came to clean things up!

Sydney is God the Holy Spirit-the One who sees the work but creates the song to sing with rejoicing!

(Forget the theological debate folks. Nanny’s Diary isn’t there yet!)
